本文简要分析了近几年国有施工企业工程技术人员流失的情况,对其流失的原因作浅要分析并提出对策。
This paper analyzes the situation of engineering and technical personnel loss in state-owned construction enterprise in recent years, explores the causes for loss and proposes countermeasures.
