摘要
随着我国科教兴国战略的实施,我国的教育事业有着飞速的发展,尤其是高校的建设有着明显进步。并且巨额资金的投入,更大占地面积的校区,更宽敞明亮的教学楼,更先进的教学仪器都被引进过来,但是需要重视的一点就是随着高校大学生在校人数的飞增,在高校的学生管理中起着重要作用的辅导员队伍并没有相应的呈正比增长,队伍建设还存在着明显的不足,作为高校学生思想政治工作的主流力量,这支队伍的好坏会直接影响到高校的整体发展水平。本文就辅导员队伍的制度化建设进行论证,希望能够对辅导员队伍的建设有所帮助。
