摘要
民办高职院校如雨后春笋般涌现,其发展大家有目共睹,可喜可贺,但是在发展的过程当中存在着一些问题,笔者以自己的工作经历就民办高职院校实训教师的定位—人员结构、工作职责、福利待遇等方面的偏差进行了说明并提出了自己的看法。
