摘要
采用法兰联结或激振器对包钢选矿厂２．４ × ６．０ｍ２闭路筛进行了改造，介绍了法兰联结式激振器轴承装置和偏心块的设计以及联轴器和激振器底座的设计。改造后的振动筛经过１年多的使用，运转正常。
The vibration exciter with joined valves is used to transform the 2.4 × 6.0m2 vibrating screen fo BTISCO'S ore dressing plant. The designs of bearing set and eccentric block of vibration exciter with joined valves, and its couplings and vibrator base are introduced. The vibrating screen transformed has been used for over 1 year and any problems are not occurred.
