摘要
根据生物电子等排原理 ,设计合成了 6种含取代嘧啶环的目标化合物 ,其中 5种为新化合物。它们的结构经IR、1HNMR、MS和元素分析测试而确证。初步的生物活性测试结果表明 ,含 4,6 二甲基嘧啶环的化合物对植物根长有较强抑制性 ,而含 6 甲基嘧啶环或 4,5 ,6
According to the bioisosterism principles,six compounds containing substituted pyrimidine ring were designed and synthesized.Among them five are new compounds.Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.The preliminary biological activity test showed that the target compounds with 4,6 dimethyl pyrimidine ring have good inhibitory activity against root of plant and the compounds with 6 methyl pyrimidine ring or 4,5,6 trimethyl pyrimidine ring have good promoter action for root of rape.
