合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者血清CypA水平变化及其与冠脉病变的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者血清CypA水平变化及其与冠脉病变的关系。方法:选取行冠脉造影的患者98例为研究对象。根据造影结果和1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准分为3组:A组(正常对照组)29例、B组(单纯冠心病组)38例、C组(糖尿病合并冠心病组)31例。采用ELISA法测定血清CypA浓度,应用Gensini积分评价冠脉病变程度。结果:B组和C组血清CypA水平高于A组(P均<0.01),C组血清CypA水平高于B组(P<0.01)。C组血清CypA水平与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.01),B组CypA水平与Gensini积分无相关性(r=0.54,P>0.05)。C组CypA水平与HbA1c呈正相关性(r=0.452,P<0.05),B组CypA水平与HbA1c无相关性(r=0.16,P>0.05)。结论:合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者血清CypA水平升高,并且与冠脉病变程度密切相关。 Objective : To investigate the change of CypA level in type 2 diabetic patients with coro- nary heart disease and its relationship with coronary lesion. Methods: The study included 98 pa- tients who underwent elective coronary angiography in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou U- niversity. All the patients were divided into 3 groups: group A (healthy controls,29 cases) , group B (patients with coronary heart disease alone,38 cases), and group C (patients with type 2 diabe- tes mellitus and coronary heart disease, 31 cases), according to the coronary angiography results and WHO diabetes criteria (1999). Levels of serum CypA were detected by ELISA method. Mod- ified Gensini scoring was used to determine the severity of coronary atherosclerosis. Results: Lev- els of CypA were significantly higher in group B and group C than in group A (P 〈 O. 01 ). The lev- el of CypA was higher in group C than in group B (P 〈 0.01 ). The level of CypA was positively associated with Gensini score in group C (r = 0.76 ,P 〈 0.01 ). The level of CypA was not related to Gensini score in group B ( r = 0.54, P 〉 O. 05). The level of CypA was positively related to HbAlc(r =0. 452,P 〈0.05) in group C. The level of CypA in group B was not associated with HbALc (r =0. 16, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The level of CypA is increased in type 2 diabetic pa- tients with coronary heart disease and is associated with severity of coronary atherosclerosis.
