白色脂肪组织“棕色化”的发生机制 被引量:1

摘要 肥胖现如今已成为全球性健康问题,但目前仍缺乏安全有效的治疗肥胖的药物.哺乳动物体内存在两种不同类型的脂肪细胞,即棕色脂肪细胞和白色脂肪细胞.白色脂肪组织主要用于储存能量,棕色脂肪组织因细胞内含有丰富的线粒体和表达解偶联蛋白1(UCP1),拥有非颤栗产热的能力.研究表明,体内高水平的棕色脂肪组织可阻止代谢性疾病的发生[1].因此,棕色脂肪组织的存在提示了一种潜在地有效控制肥胖的新策略.近年来,人们不断探寻白色脂肪组织发生“棕色化”的分子机制,试图促使人体内白色脂肪组织向棕色脂肪组织转化,从而解决诸如肥胖、胰岛素抵抗等问题,本文将就白色脂肪组织“棕色化”发生机制的研究现状综述如下.
