摘要
通过对氯化亚砜尾气治理的试验方案对比 ,提出利用生产AC发泡剂副产物Na2 CO3·10H2 O配制吸收液制取Na2 SO3 的有效途径。经过处理后的尾气不仅达到了国家排放标准 ,同时充分利用AC发泡剂的副产物Na2 CO3·10H2 O ,初步实现资源利用的优化。
Based on the contrast of a variety of experiments on the treatment of sulphoxide chloride tail gas,this paper has found a best method in the making of Na 2SO 3,which is composed of the by product Na 2CO 3·10H 2O made into the absorbent liquid in the process of the AC foaming agent production.This method not only enables the tail gas to conform to the State Standard of drainage,but also finds a way for the use of the by product Na 2CO 3·10H 2O in the AC faming agent production.This lays a solid foundation for the normal production of AC foaming agent.
