Main Viewpoints in and the Construction of Theoretic System for the Philosophy of Contemporary Information Science

本文认为情报学哲学理论对于情报学研究具有重要的指导意义，从马克思主义、科学主义和人本主义等几个方面具体分析了其对情报学研究的影响。在分析情报学哲学各流派观点的基础上建立了一个包括情报本体论、情报结构论、情报过程论、情报认识论、情报方法论和情报价值论的情报学哲学理论框架，并对该框架进行了深入分析和评价。

The paper argues that philosophy theory of information science has an guiding significance on information science. The directive function on information science is analyzed specifically from several aspects which include Marxism, Scientism and Humanism. On the basis of summarizing viewpoints of each school the authors establish a system of philosophy theory of information science which consists of six segments： ontology of information, structure theory of information, process theory of information, methodology of information and axiology of information. A in-depth analysis and assessment to the system is also carried on.
