Who Got Satisfactory Job Return——Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Job Return Satisfaction

摘要 采用2008年中国综合社会调查的数据,计量检验城镇劳动力工作回报满意度的影响因素,并使用最新发展的基于R2的夏普里值方法测度各因素对形成工作回报满意度不平等的影响。结果发现,不同社会经济和人口学特征人群的回报率分配存在差异,绝对收入和收入比较仍然是决定工作回报满意度的重要因素。但是,劳动者的企业归属感和工作保障性对工作回报满意度也有积极影响,特别是对于高收入群体,企业归属感和工作保障性的贡献率达到23.42%。另外,不同所有制企业培育和建立企业归属感和工作保障性的路径存在差异,国有部门劳动者更看重正常工作渠道,而非国有部门的劳动者更依赖于私人社会关系网络。 Based on the data in Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS), this paper not only studies the influencing factors of job return satisfaction, but also computes the contribution degree of various factors by a Shapley-based decomposition of the R-Square. The results demonstrate that income among people who have different social economy and demographic characteristics is different, and absolute income and income comparison are still important factors in the determination of job return satisfaction. However, sense of workers' enterprise attachment and job security also have positive impact, especially in the high income group, the contribution of these two factors reaches 23.42%. In the process of cultivating and building enterprise attachment and job security, workers in state owned company pay more attention to normal working channel. However, workers in non-state owned company rely more on personal social networks.
