开窗式精细印模法修复低平牙槽嵴全口义齿的效果评价

Repairing effects of windowing mandible fine impression for mandible complete denture in patients with low and flat alveolar ridge

目的分析开窗式精细印模法修复下颌牙槽嵴低平患者全口义齿的效果。方法对36例下颌牙槽嵴低平伴纤维组织增生的老年患者,采用开窗式精细印模法和传统印模法制作义齿,3个月后对义齿固位功能、舒适性、咀嚼功能、黏膜情况、食物嵌塞等项目进行临床调查。结果在义齿的咀嚼功能、黏膜情况、固位功能方面,开窗式精细印模法组明显优于传统印模法组(P<0.05),但两组舒适程度、食物嵌塞差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于下颌牙槽嵴低平的患者,开窗式精细印模法比传统印模法具有更强的临床适用性。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of windowing mandible fine impression for complete denture in patients with low and fiat alveolar ridge. Methods Thirty-six patients with low and fiat alveolar ridge were treated for complete denture with windowing mandible fine impression or traditional impression methods. Results In masticatory function, mucosa and retention, windowing mandible fine impression was superior to traditional impression （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the aspect of comfort degree and food impaction between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Windowing mandible fine impression is superior to traditional impression. It can be effectively applied to patients with low and fiat alveolar ridge.
