毕节市新型城镇化进程中耕地保护研究

The Research on Cultivated Land Protection in the Process of New Urbanization of Bijie City

研究目的:对毕节市新型城镇化进程中耕地利用和保护进行研究,为新型城镇化进程中耕地的保护提供建议与思路。研究方法:文献资料法和实证分析。研究结果:分析了毕节市新型城镇化进程中耕地保护存在的新老问题,进而提出毕节市可以通过六项措施保护现有耕地。研究结论:走新型城镇化道路,合理利用和保护耕地,还需要探索有效管理耕地的保障措施。

The purposes of this paper is to research the use and protection of cultivated land in the pro- cess of new urbanization of Bijie city, and to provide suggestions and ideas on cultivated land protection in the process of urbanization. Methods employed include literature and empirical analysis. The results make a conclusion that Bijie city can protect the existing cultivated land through six measures by analyzing new and old problems of cultivated land protection in the process of new urbanization. It is concluded that fol- lowing a new path of urbanization, rationally use and protect cultivated land need to explore the effective management of cultivated land protection measures.
