摘要
研究了聚乙烯醇缩对甲酰基苯偶氮变色酸 (Polyvinyl alcohol condensed p-formylphenylazo chromotropic acid,简称 PVA· FPAC)的结构与性能。结果表明 ,小分子试剂甲酰基苯偶氮变色酸 (FPAC)高分子化后 ,性能有了较大的改善 ;表现为不同聚合度和羟基取代度 (聚乙烯醇主链上羟基被取代的程度 )的高分子显色剂其性能有较显著的差异 ;就聚乙烯醇缩对甲酰基苯偶氮变色酸而言 ,同一聚合度的试剂 ,羟基取代度越大 ,溶解性越好 ,显色反应的灵敏度越高 ,但对非有机溶剂液 -固萃取影响不大 ;对不同聚合度的试剂 ,聚合度高的 。
Study on the purification, structure and behavior of PVA condensed p formylphenylazo chromotropic acid (PVA·FPAC) is reported in this paper. As shown by the experimental results, remarkable improvements on photometric behavior are observed due to the polymerization of the low molecular p formylphenylazo chromotropic acid. PVA·FPAC′s of different degree of hydroxyl group substitutions on the main carbon chain of PVA and of different degree of polymerization behave obviously different in their analytical properties. For instance, under the condition of same degree of polymerization, the larger the degree of hydroxyl group substitution, the higher will be the solvent extraction rate and the sensitivity of chromogenic reaction. But there are hardly any effect on the non organic solvent liquid solid extraction. For condensed reagents of different degree of polymerization, increase of the sensitivity of chromogenic reaction and raise of the rate of solvent extraction are observed for reagents with higher degree of polymerization.
