外固定架辅助治疗胫腓骨骨折伴软组织缺损临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Fractures with Tissue Defect in Tibiofibula Treated by External Fixator Combined with Reconstruction of Tissue Defects

目的:探讨外固定架辅助治疗胫腓骨骨折伴软组织缺损临床的临床效果。方法:40例胫腓骨骨折伴软组织缺损患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例,都采用软组织皮瓣修复缺损部位,对照组采用内固定治疗,治疗组采用应用外固定架治疗。结果:所有患者手术后都痊愈出院,随访3个月,治疗组的肢体功能优良率为95.0%,对照组为90.0%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的酸痛不适、肢体畸形、伤口感染等总体并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外固定架辅助治疗胫腓骨骨折伴软组织缺损能很好恢复肢体功能,同时并发症更少,值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the application of the effects of fractures with tissue defect in tibiofibula treated by external fixator combined with reconstruction of tissue defects. Methods： 40 cases of fractures with tissue defect in tibiofibula were divided randomly into treatment group and control group of 20 cases each group. Based on the treatment of reconstruction of tissue defects, the control group were cured by internal fixation and the treatment group were cured by external fixation. Results： All patients were recovered. Followed 3 months, the excellent rate of limb function of treatment group was 95.0%, it was 90.0% in control group. The difference of two groups was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05）. The ache and discomfort, limb deformities, wound infection and other complications in treat- ment group were significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions ：The external fixator combined with reconstruction of tissue defects could recover the limb function and reduce the complications of fractures with tissue defect in tibiofibula. It~ worth application.
