高压氧治疗预防跟骨骨折术后切口不愈合的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧治疗在跟骨骨折术后预防切口不愈合的作用。方法:将100例跟骨骨折行手术治疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组均给予换药、抗生素、理疗、中药治疗及对症处理,治疗组同时给予高压氧治疗,对照组不给高压氧治疗,2组患者经20天治疗后评定切口愈合情况。结果:2组患者经分别治疗后,发现治疗组切口不愈合的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗在跟骨骨折术后能改善切口局部血液供应,改善局部缺氧状态,能明显减少术后切口不愈合的发生率。 Objective:To study the function of hyperbaric oxygen in prevention of no healing of incision in the operation treatment of calcaneus fractures. Methods: 100 patients underwent operation treatment of calcaneus fracture were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 eases). The control group was given dressing, antibiotics, physical therapy, treatment of tradi- tion'al Chinese medicine and symptomatic treatment (conventional therapy), the treatment group was given conventional therapy and hyper- baric oxygen therapy. After 20 days of treatment, to assess the situation of the incision healing. Results : The nonunion rate of the treat- ment group is 14%, the control group is 26%, it was significantly lower than the control group( P 〈 O. 05 ) . Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxy- gen treatment can significantly promote postoperative incision healing in the treatment of calcaneus fractures.
