Imaging Manifestations of Bone Eosinophilic Granuloma in Children

目的:探讨小儿嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析12例经手术和病理证实为小儿嗜酸性肉芽肿患者的影像学表现。结果:12例患者共18个病灶所见具有类似肿瘤和炎症的双重特征,表现为圆形或类圆形、边界清楚或模糊的溶骨性骨质破坏,可伴有反应性骨硬化、骨膜反应及软组织肿块;MRI表现T1WI呈低信号或呈等低混杂信号,T2WI呈高信号。结论:小儿嗜酸性肉芽肿虽然有一定特征性,但影像学表现具有多样性和易变性,易导致误诊。

Objective： To study imaging manifestations about pediatric eosinophilic granuloma of bones. Methods： A retrospective a- nalysis of 11 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology for pediatric eosinophilic granuloma of bone imaging manifestations. Results： Of 18lesions in 12 patients were seen with similar dual characteristics of the tumor and inflammation. Performance for round or oval, clear or fuzzy boundaries osteolytic bone destruction, may be associated with reactive bone sclerosis, periosteal reaction and soft tissue mass. MRI findings T1WI showed low signal or in the form of lower hybrid signal, T2WI showed high signal. Conclusion： Pediatric eosinophilic gran- uloma of bone imaging manifestations have a certain characteristic, but has the diversity and variability could result in misdiagnosis.
