摘要
以含水量 90 %的 O/W乳化剂 OP/正丁醇 /正庚烷 /水非离子型微乳液为介质 ,以 5-Br- PADAP为显色剂 ,进行了 Pb( )的吸光光度测定。其最大吸收波长λmax为 540 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达 1 .0 7× 1 0 5,与相应的胶束体系比较 ,测定灵敏度提高了近 1倍 ,Pb( )在 0~ 1 5μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。用于废水中微量铅的测定 。
In a medium of a microemulsoid system composing of OP/ n C 4H 9OH/ n C 7H 16 /H 2O, in which the water content is 90%, the color reaction of Pb(Ⅱ) with 5 Br PADAP achieved a high sensitivity. The molar absorptivity attained a value of 1.07×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 , which is about one fold higher than the conventional micellar system. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~15μg of Pb(Ⅱ) per 25ml of solution. The proposed method has been successfully used in the determination of trace amounts of lead in waste water.
