短暂性脑缺血患者磁共振弥散成像的应用价值评价 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨核磁弥散成像技术在短暂性脑缺血(TIA)患者中的应用价值。方法:收集2011年9月~2012牟9月期间,我院收治的TIA患者78例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各39例,观察组应用核磁共振弥散成像检查,对照组应用常规检查,对比分析2组的TIA诊断效果。结果:观察组TIA发作期与缓解期的阳性检出率分别为97.4%、92.3%,均显著高于对照组的74.4%、71.8%;观察组的1年后脑卒中发生率为5.1%,显著低于对照组的23.1%,P均〈0.05。结论:核磁共振弥散成像对于TIA的诊断准确率高于常规核磁共振成像,且对临床早期治疗具有指导作用,有利于降低脑卒中发生率,改善患者的临床预后,值得推广应用。
