摘要
本文对涡流室式柴油机在冷起动条件下的主、副燃烧室燃烧喷雾和着火过程进行了高速摄影,并测录了主、副燃烧室的压力示功图;分析了涡流室式柴油机起动时的着火现象,从中得出具有吊钟形结构和起动喷孔的涡流室式柴油机起动时首先着火点的位置在涡流室下侧,位于通道与起动孔之间的上部区域,从而为改善涡流室式柴油机发火过程,进而改善起动性能指出方向和途径。
High speed photography has been utilized to visualize the fuel spray and ignition process in the pilot and the main combustion chambers of a swirl chamber diesel engine under cold starting condition, and the indicator diagrams for the chambers have been recorded, Ignition occurrence during cold staft of the engine has been analysed, where the first flame formed in the bel1 type swirl chamber with a starting throat was found to be at the downside of the swirl chamber, lying over between the passage and the starting throat, a discovery conducive to improving the ignition pro- cess and thus the cold startability of swirl chamber diesel engines.
