日立OTL场输出电路效率的研究

Research on the Efficiency of "HITACHI" OTL Vertical Output Circuit

摘要 导出日立OTL场输出电路中点电压变化的特性方程,精确地计算了该电路的功耗与效率,改变日立场输出级的电路参数,使电路效率提高50%以上,同时行激励级和频道预选器系统的功耗亦有所下降,实现了电路的低功耗工作状态.理论计算与实验结果基本相符. The characteristic equation of the varied mid-voltage for 'HITACHI'OTL vertical output circuit is introduced. The dissipated power and efficiency of the circuit are precisely calcalated. Due to the change of the parameters of 'HITACHI' Circuit, the effi- ciency of the circuit increases by over 50 per cent. At the same time, the dissipated power of the horizontal driver and frequency channel selector system are reduced, too. The con- dition of the low dissipated power circuit is realized. The theoretical calculation agrees with the experiment result basically.
