摘要 目的研究胃癌组织中乙醛脱氢酶-1(ALDH1)的表达与胃癌的生物学行为和预后之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学PV法检测40例胃癌组织中ALDH1的表达。结果 ALDH1在40例胃癌组织标本中,高表达率为49%,ALDH1在胃癌组织中的表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤的大小、胃壁的浸润、分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及患者预后均有明显的相关性(P均<0.05)。结论 ALDH1的表达与肿瘤的大小、胃壁的浸润、分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及预后有明显的相关性,ALDH1可能成为患者预后评价的标准之一。 Objective To study the expression of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase-1 ( ALDH1 ) in gastric cancer tissues and the cor- relation between biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods Detect the expression of ALDH1 in 40 cases with innnunohis- tochemistry PV method. Results In 40 cases of gastric cancer tissue samples,high expression rate of ALDH1 is 49% ,and ALDH1 expression in gastric cancer tissue has significant correlation ( P 〈 0.05 ) with the patientg age, tumor size,invasion of the stomach, the degree of differen- tiation,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and prognosis of patients. Conclusion ALDH1 expression has an obvious correlation with tumor size,invasion of the stomach,the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and prognosis. ALDHI could become one of the standard for prognosis evaluation of patients.
