颅内感染成人患者血清和脑脊液神经元特异性烯醇化酶、S100β蛋白含量测定及意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨颅内感染成人患者血清和脑脊液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白含量变化及其临床意义。方法:颅内感染成人患者76例为感染组,根据感染类型再分为化脑亚组(化脓性)19例,结脑亚组(结核性)23例,病脑亚组(病毒性)34例;根据感染急性期是否昏迷,将患者再分为昏迷亚组17例,非昏迷亚组59例;非颅内感染者30例为对照组。检测各组患者血清及脑脊液中NSE、S100β蛋白含量并进行比较。结果:感染组各亚组血清和脑脊液中NSE、S100β蛋白含量均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);化脑亚组与结脑亚组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其余各组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);感染组患者血清NSE、S100β蛋白水平与脑脊液NSE、S100β蛋白水平呈正相关(均P<0.01);昏迷亚组脑脊液和血清NSE、S100β蛋白浓度显著高于非昏迷亚组(P<0.01)。结论:血液和脑脊液中NSE、S100β蛋白水平的变化,对成人颅内感染的诊断、鉴别诊断及脑组织损伤评估有一定参考价值。
