摘要
基于轮胎接地印迹面附着区的弹性变形特性和滑移区的摩擦特性,考虑速差转向车辆转向过程中轮胎常处于大侧偏角及强烈纵向滑移的情况,建立了考虑动摩擦特性的轮胎联合工况理论模型。在车辆小半径转向工况下,分析了稳态转向过程胎体自旋对胎面侧向变形应力及接地印迹面起滑点的影响,并对理论模型进行了修正。仿真结果表明,考虑动摩擦特性以及胎体自旋的理论模型比一般理论模型更能准确地描述速差转向车辆的轮胎力学特性,更适用于速差转向车辆动力学研究。
In the steering process of skid steering vehicles, large lateral angle and slip rate are generated. Based on the deformation and slip characteristics of tire tread in the tire-ground contact area, theoretically a tire model was established in which the combined longitudinal and sideslip working condition was considered. The relationship between the spin of tire carcass and tire lateral stress was analyzed for a small turning radius. The effects of the spin on critical adhesive points within the contact area were also obtained. Then the correction of this model was carried out. The simulation results show that the proposed model can describe the tire characteristics more accurately than a general model. And the model is more suitable for the research of skid-steering vehicle dynamics.
