摘要
以给定的车辆结构损伤数据为目标源,浅析了建立道路耐久性试验规范的方法。根据试验场内道路特征进行数据采集,数据处理后形成了用于损伤计算的雨流矩阵样本数据。由Miner疲劳线性累积损伤理论,结合损伤数据源对样本数据进行了相对损伤值计算,并进一步根据迭代计算结果优化了行驶规范,确立了完整的道路耐久性试验规范。
Discussed the road durability test method based on the original structural fatigue damage data as the target, by measuring the road load data of proving ground events, the sample data of the rainflow matrix to calculate damage can be created, and based on the theory of miner linear cumulative damage law, the relative damage factor can be calculated by combining with the target rainflow matrix. Meanwhile the optimal solution of the road durability test schedule can be deduced from the iterative calculation.
