喷油定时对CA1102Q5气门汽油机稀薄燃烧性能影响的试验研究

Influence of Injection Timing on Performance of a CA1102Q Five-Valve Lean Burn SI Gasoline Engine

对 CA110 2 Q5气门汽油机采用稀薄燃烧时喷油定时对燃烧稳定性以及油耗、经济性的影响进行了细致的试验研究。试验结果表明 ,对于 2种不同的进气模式 ,在部分负荷下采用稀燃时 ,喷油定时对二进气模式燃烧稳定性的影响比三进气模式大 ;在发动机燃用稀薄混合气时 ,喷油定时对排放和经济性的影响较为明显。

The influence of injection timing on combustion stability,fuel economy and emissions was investigated on a CA1102Q five-valve spark ignition gasoline engine.The results show that,for the two-intake-port mode of air induction,injection timing has greater influence on combustion stability at partial load than three-intake-port mode.Compared with stoichiometric mixture operation,fuel economy and emissions are remarkably influenced by injection timing when lean mixture is applied.
