当前,精神异化、合作不当、派别森严等因素正严重影响着大学教师的学术发展。作为精神生产者,大学教师需要自醒以保证不断自我成长,而正确理解所处时代并缜密行事则有助于高水平自醒。学术成长需要合作平台,良性的学术合作应以横向的知识整合为导向。兼容是学术成长的基本心境,胸怀天下者能忽略派别之争,为国家民族做出更多学术贡献。大师黎锦熙的学术之路,为当代大学教师成长提供了深刻启示。
Nowadays, the academic growth of university faculty is badly affected by mental alienation, improper cooperation, emphasis on faction, and so on. In fact, as spiritual products producers, university teachers should keep awake to ensure academic sustainable growth. To realize our time correctly, tough and meticulous style of work are helpful to high-level awake. Academic growth needs cooperation platform, university teachers should pursuit horizontal knowledge integration. Compatibility is the basic mind state for academic growth, people with broad mind and great ambition can ignore the fight between factions, and are able to make the authentically academic contribution to their country and nation.
