摘要
近年来,我国高校在推进现代大学制度和去行政化方面取得了长足的进步,但仍存在目标不明确、动力不足和机制失灵等多方面问题,不仅削减了我国高校的创新空间和核心竞争力,也带来了政教冲突等多重矛盾,加剧了学术腐败。去行政化不仅是大学廉政文化建设的重要内容,也是大学廉政文化构建的内生动力和内化机制。去行政化不仅能激活大学的办学动力,也可为高校治理腐败和廉政建设提供新的视线与途径。
In recent years, Chinese colleges and universities have made great progress in promoting the modern university system and the de-administration, but still have several issues such as unclear objectives, lack of motivation, the failure of mechanism and so on. They not only reduce innovation space and the core competitiveness in Chinese colleges and universities, have also brought conflicts between politics and education and reinforced academic corruption. De-administration is not only the important content of university culture construction, but also endogenous motivation and internalization mechanism of the university dean culture construction. De--administration can not only open the dynamic activation of university, but also provide a new way and line of sight for combating corruption and building a clean government.
