Some Thoughts on Self-evaluation of the Degree Program

当前学位点的自我评估尚势单力薄,为了实现学位点跨越式发展,提高高校人才培养质量,亟需对此进行改革。采用文献分析法、经验总结法等方法,研究发现当前学位点建设中还存在评估指标体系不够全面、内部质量评估机构缺失以及忽视学位点建设的指导等问题。因此需多方位完善评估指标、综合采取多种评估方法、不断创新评估机制和加强监督评估结果,这样才能真正发挥自我评估在及时发现问题,增强适应外部评估的能力,赏罚分明等方面的积极导向作用。

The current self-evaluation of degree program remains weak. In order to achieve the leap develop-ment of degree program, improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities, it’s necessary to reform self-evaluation of degree program. Using the methods of literature analysis and experience summa-ry, the study found that the current degree program still has problems that evaluation index system is not com-prehensive, internal quality appraisal institution is lack and guidance for the construction of self-evaluation is ignored. So it needs to perfect the evaluation index from multi-positions, take comprehensive assessment methods, innovate assessment mechanism, and strengthen the supervision and evaluation results, so as to real-ly play an active guiding role in founding out the problems in time, strengthening the ability of adapt to the external evaluation, constructing fair rewards and punishment system.
