在普通高校招生规模持续扩大的背景下,从推进高校篮球运动发展的角度出发,分析了在普通高校建立学生裁判员队伍的必要性和现实性,并针对学生裁判员选拔和培养提出了若干意见和建议。

In background of the enrollment expansion of colleges, the author analyzes the necessity and real- izability to build a referee team composed of students, from the prospective of promoting basketball develop- ment in colleges, and puts forward several suggestion to select and train the referees.
