摘要
通过文献资料、实验对比等方法对曲阜师范大学50名体育专业的大学生进行实验测试。实验结果表明:实验前实验组与对照组在身体素质、智力以及自信心等差异不具显著性(P>0.05);试验后,实验组与对照组在健美操技术掌握效果以及自信心建立上差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。
Through the literature material method, experimental comparison method and so on, the research testing 50 university students in physical education major of Qufu University. The experimental results show that the experimental group and control group in before the physical quality, intellectual, and self-confidence and so on has no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). After the experiment, the experimental group and control group in aerobics skills and confidence established the effect with significant difference(P 〈 0.05).
