摘要 教师作为新课程的具体实施者,其素质结构是影响课程实施效果最直接、最重要的因素之一。针对西安市优秀教师成长个案进行研究,从优秀教师的界定、优秀教师的成长历程入手,对制约优秀教师成长的关键因素和优秀教师成长规律进行了探究,提出了教师成长的应对策略,以期对青年教师的成长有所借鉴。 The quality and structure of teachers who are the implementer of new curricular are one of the most direct and important factors for the effects of course delivery. This paper, being the final report of key projects from Xi'an Education Bureau, takes the definition and growth course of excellent teachers as the starting point, makes a case study on the excellent teachers' development mostly in Xi'an, makes an exploration into key factors constrai- ning excellent teachers development and the laws how an excellent teacher develops, and proposes strategies of teacher' s development in the hope of giving some reference for the young teachers.
