摘要
教育叙事研究是教育研究的重要切入点,也是促进教师专业成长的一条有效路径。教师具备从事教育叙事研究的主客观条件。教师可以让叙事伴随成长,让研究促进成长。走进教育叙事研究,教师应该具有叙说意识,养成撰写故事的习惯;要善于捕捉故事,锻炼描述故事的能力;要在故事背后停留思考;要在叙事之中追问探寻。教师应该冷静思考、深入认识,把握方法,让教育叙事研究成为自己专业成长的一条可行之路。
Educational narrative research is an important point of the education research and is an effective approach of teachers' professional growth. Teachers have advantages in the education narrative research. The teacher has engaged in the subjective and objective factors of the education narrative research. The teacher can let narrative go with grow up and let research promote growth. In the educational narrative research, teachers should be aware of telling stories, develop a habit of writing stories, be good at capturing stories, improve the ability of presenting story, think behind the story and ask questions in search of narrative. Teachers should be sober in thinking and deep in understanding, and grasp the method so as to let education narrative research become a feasible approach of their professional growth.
