摘要
提出一种利用直流电机运转过程中的反电动势作为反馈参数的控制方案,采用分时产生PWM输出的方法,实现了直流电机无速度传感器闭环控制系统.该系统由主控电路、功率驱动电路、采样电路、过流保护电路等模块组成.经验证,该系统调速精度高、简单可靠、经济实用,可供直流电机速度控制系统设计参考.
In this paper, a new control scheme is proposed for sensor-less closed-loop control based on Back-EMF generated by a running DC motor. The PWM in the design is produced on time-sharing, closed-loop control systems of DC motor without speed sensor. The presented system mainly consists of main control circuit, power driver circuit, sampling circuit, over-current protection circuit. The design is validated by the high speed accuracy system simplicity and reliability, as well as low cost and practicality.
