摘要
为了解浙江各地肺吸虫的遗传背景,对天台县和宁海县并殖吸虫的虫种进行了DNA序列分析,以期探讨并殖吸虫的虫种命名和其与临床致病的联系.采用DNA测序技术,对两地并殖吸虫囊蚴的核糖体DNA第二间区(ITS2)的基因序列进行测定,并观察囊蚴形态.通过ITS2的基因序列与从GenBank检索到的卫氏并殖吸虫序列比较,结合形态观察,确定天台、宁海县的肺吸虫为卫氏并殖吸虫;而宁海县的并殖吸虫ITS2序列与卫氏并殖吸虫相似,但囊蚴的形态却存在大小之分.
To analyze the DNA sequences of Paragonimus spp. in Tiantai and Ninghai counties of Zhejiang province and the relationship between species and clinical manifestations, the DNA sequences analysis is conducted on metacecariae of Paragonimus spp. in Tiantai and Ninghai counties. Using the DNA sequences and morphological observation, ITS2 sequences has shown identity of Paragonimus which may be considered a new species. The species of Paragonimus that have been identified in Tiantai county and Ninghai county might be triploid of Paragonimus westermani or a new spoecies.
