摘要
通过检测不同质量浓度黑荆树提取物处理下,不同处理时间段藻细胞浓度与叶绿素a含量的变化,结合细胞膜通透性检测及细胞微观结构,探究黑荆树提取物对藻细胞的抑制机理.研究发现,高浓度的黑荆树提取物降低了铜绿微囊藻细胞浓度和叶绿素a含量,增加了藻细胞膜通透性,藻细胞超微结构呈现明显损伤.黑荆树提取物作用于铜绿微囊藻细胞壁及细胞膜等微观结构,导致细胞膜通透性增加,细胞内物质流失;在生理指标上表现为藻细胞生物量及叶绿素a含量的降低.
With the treatment of 0, 2, 10 and 20 mg/L algal inhibiting agents, Microcystis aeruginosa growth inhi-bition was measured by the density of algal cells, content of chlorophy-a, membrane permeability and ultrastructure of algal cell. It is found that 10 and 20 mg/L algal inhibiting agents reduce the concentration of algal cells and con-tent of chlorophyll-a, increase the membrane permeability, and damage the ultrastructure of the algal cell. The Aca-cia mearnsii extracts increase the membrane permeability of Microcystis aeruginosa by damaging the ultrastructure of the algal cell, leading to the decrease of algal cells and chlorophyll-a.
