摘要 高等教育其教育行为具有不可计量性和较长的延续性。从教师执教素养、教师课教水平、学校教学条件和学生自身学习四个维度考察,学生对高校硕士研究生专业课教学质量呈较为满意状态,但仍需进一步提升。在影响学生满意度的主要因素中,性别、年级和兴趣度的差异明显,有无工作经验则无明显差异,因此,高校可通过提升教师课教水平,改善学校教学条件,改进学生自身学习方式提升硕士研究生对专业课教学的满意度。 Higher education is one of the public products. Education behavior is immeasurable and continued. In re- cent years, all walks of life have questioned the education quality of teaching courses in the face of college enrollment expansion and severe employment pressure. The article investigated the master graduate students reading for the aca- demic humanities and social sciences under the guidance of Customer Satisfaction Theory. Then it inspects the students' evaluation of graduate college teaching quality regarding the teachers' teaching level and quality, the schools' teaching conditions and students' learning. It conducted a survey and statistical analysis of data before obtai- ning the final result, using the SPSS software. Finally, it put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
