合芜蚌文化创意产业崛起与高职教育发展对策

Cultural Creative Industry Rise in He-Wu-Beng and Countermeasures for Higher Vocational Education Development

随着合芜蚌文化创意产业的崛起,合芜蚌高职教育面临一系列影响,亟待变革。目前,合芜蚌高职教育存在人才培养质量较低、相关教学改革不到位、师资力量薄弱、社会功能未充分发挥等不利于文化创意产业崛起的因素。因此,合芜蚌高职教育需深化相关专业教学改革、增强配套师资力量、提升产业的社会服务功能,从而推动区域文化创意产业的崛起。

The higher vocational education in He-Wu-Beng is greatly influenced by the rise of the cultural creative industry and needs reform urgently. At present, there are some problems hindering the rise of cultural creative industry in He-Wu-Beng, such as the poor quality of talent cultivation, unfulfilled teaching reform, the lack of qualified teachers, the underplayed social function of higher vocational colleges, etc. Therefore, in the higher vocational education the colleges should deepen the teaching reform of relevant majors, try to employ and train more qualified teachers, enhance their function in serving the industry and society so as to push the development of cultural creative industry in He-Wu-Beng region.
