摘要
河南省传统产业体系存在基础薄弱、层次较低、市场竞争力较弱等问题。面对科技进步和经济全球化提速带来的宝贵机遇,河南省必须对传统产业进行有效革新,从突出优势带动、技术带动、龙头带动、高端带动、开放带动、产城互动等方面入手,优化省域产业结构,完成传统产业的升级换代。
The traditional industry system in He＇nan Province faces some problems such as weak basis, low level, poor market competitiveness, etc. With the precious chance brought about by the innovation of science and technology as well as economic globalization, it is necessary for He＇nan Province to reform on traditional industries and optimize the structure of He ＇nan＇s industries by focusing on the utilization of its advantages, technology, leading industries, high-end industries and opening-up as well as the cooperation between industries and cities to drive the industrial development so as to accomplish the upgrading of traditional industries.
