Study on Accounting Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges with Employment Orientation

随着经济的发展,会计专业人才需求已提高到新的高度。因此,高职会计专业人才培养应更多地考虑就业市场的变化。为此,高职院校应合理制定会计人才培养目标,优化课程体系,构筑专兼结合的教学团队,加强专业实践环境建设,注重考核机制的动态管理,建立学生成就评价机制,多管齐下,实现专业人才培养质量的飞跃。

With the development of economY, our society has put forward higher requirement for talents in accounting. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should consider more about the change of the job market in accounting talents cultivation, which means they should set rational cultivation goal, optimize the curriculum, build teams with full-time as well as part-time teachers, strengthen the construction of an environment for specialty practice, focus on the dynamic management of assessment mechanism and establish the performance evaluation mechanism on students so that these methods can greatly enhance accounting talent cultivation quality.
