Thoughts on Integrating Industry Culture into Higher Vocational Education

高等职业院校"立足行业文化,服务行业"的办学宗旨,要求在高等职业教育中积极开展与行业文化的融合,让学生在行业文化感知中提升技能,塑造人格。为使行业文化更好地融入高等职业教育,应该建立高等职业教育与行业文化融合的对接机构,利用行业文化资源构建特色高等职业教育体系,明确高等职业教育与行业文化融合的主体,选择能与高等职业教育融合的行业文化,确立高等职业教育与行业文化融合的长效机制。

Higher vocational colleges＇ school-running goal is to ＂serve industry based on industry culture＂, which urges these colleges to integrate industry culture into higher vocational education so as to help students improve their skills and shape their personality during their perception of industry culture. To better the integration, a docking organization should be established to construct a higher vocational education system with its own feature utilizing industry culture resources with the defining of the subject in the integration and the industry culture selected should be the one that can be integrated into higher vocational education, thus establishing a long-term mechanism for the integration of higher vocational education and industry culture.
