响应面法优化磷酸法酸析造纸黑液中的木质素

Optimization of Lignin Extraction from Black Liquor by Phosphoric Acid Using Response Surface Methodology

研究了用磷酸法酸析造纸黑液中的木质素的工艺过程,在单因素试验的基础上,选取酸析温度、pH值、酸析时间为影响因素,应用响应面Box-Behnken(BBD)法进行试验设计,对酸析条件进一步优化。结果表明,采用响应面法得到的最佳制备工艺条件为:酸析温度46℃,pH值2,酸析时间50 min,木质素最大回收量是190.60 g/L。

The process of recovering lignin from black liquor by phosphoric acid was studied. Based on single-factor experiments, three independent variables, i. e. , acid extracting temperature, pH value and acid extracting time, were selected as influence factors and the Box-Behnken design （ BBD ） was used to optimize the preparation conditions of acid process. The optimal preparation conditions were determined as follows：pH value 2, temperature 46℃ and acid extracting time 50 min. Under these conditions, the lignin recovery was 190. 60 g/L.
