不同过滤设备在淀粉糖一次粗过滤中的应用比较

Comparative study on different filtration facilities using in crude starch syrup filtration

介绍了板框压滤机、预涂式真空转鼓过滤机、陶瓷膜过滤、液压驱动离心机在淀粉糖一次粗过滤中的应用,通过比较滤出液的透射比、色度、杂质,滤渣的含水、含糖量,并比较各设备的能耗、成本,得出各设备在淀粉糖工艺的一次粗过滤的优缺点。

In this paper, plate-frame pressure filtration ,pre-spreading vacuum drum filter, ceramic membrane filter, and hydraulic drive centrifuge in crude starch syrup filtration were introduced. By comparing luminousness, chromaticity, impurity of the syrup filtration, water content and sugar content in filter residue, cost and energy consumption of the facili- ties, the advantages and disadvantages of these machines were summarized.
