水平轴风力机桨叶二维增升实验研究 被引量:26

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE POWER AUGMENTATION OF HORIZONTAL AXIS WIND TURBINE SYSTEM

摘要 探讨了风力机通过在叶片上加襟翼来提高桨叶气动效率、增加功率可行性的实验研究。翼型选用在风力机中应用最多的NACA6 32 2 15 ,攻角范围为 0°~ 40° ,襟翼高度为弦长的 1 0 %、1 5 %、2 0 %、2 5 % ,并在不同襟翼高度条件下比较了不同偏转角 45°、90°、135°的影响。对每种工况测量了叶片表面的压力分布 ,根据压力分布 ,计算翼型的升力和阻力系数。结果表明 :所有工况条件下 ,加襟翼都能够增加升力系数。在Gurney襟翼条件下 ,襟翼的高度越大 ,升力系数越大 ,相应阻力系数也越大。在襟翼高度相同的条件下 ,90°的襟翼增升效果最佳。 The feasibility of power and efficiency augmentation of a horizontal axis wind turbine system by adding small flaps to its blades was studied by means of experimental research. The experiment of lift enhancement of a two-dimensional airfoil with a small trailing edge flap was conducted at a low-speed, closed-loop wind tunnel at Shantou University. In experiment, the angles of attack varied from 0° to 40° and the heights of the flaps were 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% of the airfoil chord respectively. The effects of different deflective angles (45°, 90°, 135°)of the trailing edge flap were compared respectively. The lift and drag coefficients were determined from the surface pressure distributions, which were measured under all tested conditions. All results indicated: all tested flaps could increase the lift coefficient and the larger flags produced successively larger increments, though not proportionally. The Gurney flap shows a superior performance compared with other angles trailing edge flaps.
