摘要
神华物资集团承担中国神华物资供应与专业化服务业务,肩负建设世界一流物资管理企业的使命。本文以世界一流企业及物资管理企业理论知识研究和分析为基础,创新性提出世界一流物资管理企业标准的定义。通过对2012年《财富》世界500强能源和供应链行业12家企业的重点研究,结合神华物资集团企业发展战略的要求,形成了世界一流物资管理企业的3项标准与10个核心要素,对世界一流物资管理企业标准研究进行有益的尝试。
Shenhua Logistics Group plays an important role in material supplies and professional services of Shenhua Group, which is also responsible for the mission of building a top-tier material management company with global competitive advantage. This paper is based on theory research and analysis of the top-tier company and the material management company to define the standard of the top-tier material management company. Through focusing on the research of 12 companies from energy and sup-ply chain industry of “Fortune 500 2012”, and combining with the Shenhua Logistics Group requirements of enterprise develop-ment strategy, it gets three key indicators and ten core elements of world-class material management company which make some suggestions on standard of the top-tier material management company.
