浅议煤炭销售在困局下应采取的几点必要措施

摘要 自2012年3月份以来,受国际、国内经济大环境的影响,煤炭市场下行压力不断加大,耗煤量大幅下降,煤矿、港口、电厂等各个环节煤炭库存整体不断攀升,供需矛盾日益突出,神宁煤业集团煤炭销售遭遇了组建10来最大的困难,如何破解难题、走出困境,成为煤炭企业刻不容缓、不断深思的问题。笔者根据多年来从事煤炭销售宣传工作所掌握的大量材料,也亲眼目睹公司在困境下存在的问题,从更新营销理念、注重信息化建设、加大品牌文化宣传、重视产品质量、构建战略合作伙伴、制定科学的营销组织机制等方面,提出自己浅显的认识,以供从事销售工作的人员参考。 The coal market affected by the international and domestic economy since March 2012, sales pressure increasing and coal consumption dropping, the coal inventory in coal mine, port and power plant are rising, the contradiction between supply and demand increasingly, the coal sales of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group suffered the biggest difficulty in 10 years, how to solve the problem and walk out of predicament become the coal enterprises constant thinking problem. For engaged in coal sales publicity work many years and I have grasped lots of materials and witnessed the problem in predicament, I propose some understandings that we should updated marketing concept, pay attention to information construction, strengthening brand culture propaganda, attaches importance to product quality, building strategic cooperation partners and making scientific marketing organization mechanism, I hope these can provide the reference for the personnel engaged in sales work.
