摘要
研究了两种复合助剂对煤基抗冲聚丙烯的结晶形态、相形态、力学性能、热性能及光泽度的影响。结果表明:复合助剂A和复合助剂B均对煤基抗冲聚丙烯球晶进行了细化,增强了结晶能力,改善了光泽度,提高了煤基抗冲聚丙烯的弯曲模量和负荷热变形温度,复合助剂B对煤基抗冲聚丙烯光泽度改善较为明显,复合助剂A和B对煤基抗冲聚丙烯的乙丙橡胶粒子的大小和分布影响不大,对试样的常温和低温冲击性能基本没有影响。
The effect of composite additives on crystal morphology, phase morphology, mechanical properties, thermal properties and gloss of coal-based impact polypropylene (PP) was investigated. The results indicated that both of the composite additives A and B refined the spherulites of PP, enhancing the ability of PP crystallization. Ultimately that improved the gloss, flexural modu-lus and loading deformation temperature of PP. Especially, the composite additives B that improved the gloss of PP is more obvi-ous. The both of A and B had little effect on the size and distribution of ethylene-propylene rubber particle of PP,and they also had little effect on the room and low-temperature impact properties of PP.
