促进东安县粮食产业发展的思考

Consideration on Promoting Development of Grain Industry in Dong'an County

东安县是湖南省粮食生产大县,有生产粮食的优越自然条件和政策环境。近年该县粮食播种和标准化栽培面积稳步增长、粮食产业内部结构进一步优化、粮食仓储和加工能力大幅提升;但也存在农业基础设施薄弱、农田生态环境不够理想、种粮收入不高、劳动力不足、品牌培育滞后等问题。为了进一步发展东安县粮食产业,提出应加强组织领导、落实政策,优化区域布局,加强农业基础设施建设,合理引导土地流转,提高农田复种指数,培育品牌,发挥农业技术集成综合效应等对策和建议。

Dong’an County is a large county with grain production in Hunan province, where has great natural conditions and policies for grain production. In recent years, rice sowing area and standardized cultivation area are increasing steadily, inner structure of grain industry is good, and storage ability and processing ability are increasing largely, but there are still some problems in Dong’an County, such as weak agricultural infrastructure, dissatisfactory ecological environment in field, low income in grain planting, labor lacking, and brand cultivation lagging. In order to further develop grain industry in Dong’an county, some strategies and suggestions were put forward, including strengthening leadership, implementing policy, optimizing regional layout, strengthening construction of agricultural infrastructure, rationally leading land transfer, improving multiple crop index of farmland, brand cultivation, and playing integrated additive effect of agricultural technology.
