摘要
总结了中方县基层农技推广体系改革与建设取得的成效,分析了中方县农技推广体系建设存在的问题,并从提高认识,加强领导;建立制度,规范管理;深化改革,创新机制;落实待遇,稳定队伍4个方面提出了加强和完善中方县农技推广体系建设的对策。
The achievements of reforming and establishing agricultural technology extension system in grass roots of Zhongfang county were summarized. Then, the problems existed in establishing agricultural technology extension system in Zhongfang county were analyzed. In the end, some countermeasures were put forward to strengthen and perfect the establishment of agricultural technology extension system in Zhongfang county from four aspects, including improving cognitions and strengthening guidance; establishing system and standardized management; deepening reform and innovating mechanism; implementing the deal and stabilized team.
