摘要 选用不同厚度的三通专用板材,利用爆破验证试验方法,进行了DN1 200 Te555强度级别三通的极限承载能力测试和爆破断口分析,结果指出,厚壁三通在高应力状态下的爆破断口均属于脆性断口。基于试验测试结果,提出了优化的管道工程用Te555三通,该三通极限承载能力大于准1 219 mm管道12 MPa设计工作压力的3.5倍,具有较大的管道承压安全裕度,大幅度降低了三通热加工技术难度,并为今后管道工程用大直径三通的制造提供了设计依据。 In this article, it chose three special plates with different thicknesses to carry out the limit load test and fracture analysis for DN1 200 Te555 tees by using blasting experiment validated method, the result showed that the blasting fracture of thick tee is brittle under high stress state. Based on this test result, the optimized Te555 tees used in pipeline engineering was put forward. The ultimate bearing capacity of this tee was greater than 12 MPa φ1 219 mm pipeline design working pressure of 3.5 times, it was with great pipeline pressure safety margin. It significantly reduced the technical difficulty of thermal processing, and provided design basis for manufacturing large diameter tee in the future.
