With the development of 3G and cloud counting technology, a new learning model came into being. That is Mobile Learning. This paper defined some related conceptions, analyzed the advantages of Mobile Learning, and explored the ways of applying Mobile Learning into memorizing opening English vocabulary.This new mode of learning can make up for the deficiency in the usual English vocabulary learning for the adults and provide a totally new pragmatic theory in adult English teaching
